University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A. Thesis in Higher Diploma on “Core Competencies and their Impact on Entrepreneurial Orientation”

Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the Higher Diploma thesis which is entitled “Core Capabilities and their Impact on Entrepreneurial Orientation: An Exploratory study of Opinions of a Sample of Employees in Department of Education at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine)”. It has been presented by Laith Dhiaa’ Taqi
The study aims at analyzing the data and testing the validity of the hypotheses, so as to achieve its goals. The researcher relies on the ready-made programmes represented (SPSS V.23), (Excel) and Amos vs 23. The questionnaire has used as a main tool in collecting data related to the field side, and it includes a sample of (185) who occupy position of board member, general manager, department manager, division official, unit official. This research has several conclusions, including there is a significant correlation between the core competencies with their dimensions and the entrepreneurial orientation.
