University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A. Thesis on “Anti hyperglycemia and Antioxidant Activity of Rosemary and Ginger Extract in Rabbit with Induced Diabetes Mellitus”

Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled (Anti hyperglycemia and Antioxidant Activity of Rosemary and Ginger Extract in Rabbit with Induced Diabetes Mellitus). It is presented by Noor Ali Abdel-Aemam.
The thesis deals with how to treat the side effects such as high lipids, high blood sugar, cumulative sugar test, liver enzymes, MDA, and GSH, using rosemary and ginger infusion.
The study includes measuring blood, glucose, cumulative sugar, albumin, lipids, liver enzymes, MDA and GSH in diabetic rabbits, and then measuring them after giving rosemary and ginger infusion and studying its effect.
The thesis also discusses the use of rosemary and ginger infusion as a regulating agent for the level of sugar and fats in the blood.
