Faculty of Veterinary Medicine /University of Kerbala has organized a training course which is entitled (How to Create a Graphical Abstract of Scientific Research by Investing in Computer Technologies and Some Scientific Programmes) in the presence of a number of researchers and specialists. It is presented by Asst. Lect. Asawer A sad Mohammed , Asst. Lect. Hasna Saeed Mohsen and Asst. Lacy. Ammar Hussein Jawad.
The training course aims at getting acquainted with Graphical Abstract or the graphical translation of the research abstract and how to enhance it for research using the computer using the scientific method and identifying the results and accept research in scientific journals faster and reduce the reasons for rejection as well as investing this method when presenting the practical project to persuade companies and thus increase community confidence in the application of scientific research in societal reality and increase the institutional confidence of that research.
The course deals with the use of available techniques to make illustrations with high accuracy and clarity in scientific research.
The course includes a general introduction to the importance of mock research abstracts, the use of manual application of their work on the computer, and a review of a number of free and non-free programmes in mock research summaries. The last day of the course includes practical training on the computer to apply these techniques.
