University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis on Green Synthesis of Copper Nanoparticles

Faculty of of Science /University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “Green Synthesis of Copper Oxide Nanoparticles and Study of their effect on water pollutants Removal and Blood Hemolysis”. It is presented by Safaa Ali Kahit. It include removal of acidic Congo red dye and saffron basic dye from polluted water and studying the factors affecting them (time, weight, pH function, intensity ionic and temperature) as well as studying the effect of these particles on the lysis of erythrocytes in the human body.
The thesis aims at synthesizing and characterizing copper nanoparticles, studying the removal of pollutants from water, calculating thermodynamic functions, and determining the effect of these particles on blood decomposition.
The thesis recommends the use of nanoscale copper oxide to remove pollutants from water, as well as the use of nanoscale copper oxide to transport drugs in the human body at a low concentration.
