College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “effect of multiple enzymes in reduced-energy Additive on broiler chickens performance under heat stress”.
Being submitted by Esraa Abdul-Ridha Salman, the study aims at evaluating positive effects of adding these enzymes to low-energy feed and their ability to improve productive performance of broiler chickens, especially under heat stress conditions.
The results show that adding enzymes improved digestion efficiency, increased growth rates, and contribute to reduce negative effects of heat stress, which positively reflects on health and production of chickens.
The study recommends following instructions of company producing these enzymes for the “Rose” strain, stressing that using them according to recommended standards may contribute significantly to improve health of poultry and increasing their productive efficiency.
