Faculty of Islamic Sciences, University of Kerbala, has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled “jurisprudence of family guidance, presentation and analysis “. It has been presented by Azhar Jaafar Hussein Al-Tarifi.
The thesis shows that the family is the cornerstone of building society. It is the first school in which the individual learns morals and acquires values and beliefs. it is also the main source of his molding his personality
It deals with Islam and the great attention given to family and laying the foundations and rules in building the family before marriage, starting with the good choice of husband and wife, stressing on choosing the character of religion over the rest of the attributes since it has an impact on building a good family.
