University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis on the Role of Agricultural Sulphur in some Growth Characteristics of Yellow Corn Plants

College of Agriculture / University of Kerbala had discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled ” the role of agricultural sulfur, Thiobacillus bacteria, and nano-zinc in some growth, yield, and quality characteristics of yellow corn plants”, submitted by Emad Adel.
The thesis aims at increasing availability of microelements in soil, and thus expanding soil fertility through addition of agricultural sulphur.
The study finds out that the effect of third level of agricultural sulphur (3000 kg/ha), as well as the effect of inoculation with bacteria, and effect of the third concentration of nano-zinc (100 mg/ha) on most of the traits studied.
