Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis in Business Administration which is entitled “The Role of Structural Empowerment in Enhancing Creative Performance – An Analytical Study of Views of a Sample of Workers in Directorate of Holy Karbala Municipality (Center)”. It is presented by Ali Muhammad Mohsen Hassan Al-Khafaji under supervision of Prof. Dr. Methaq Hatif Al= Fatlawy.
The study concludes that there is a correlation and an effect of positive moral significance between variable of structural empowerment and variable of creative performance of workers.
