University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis on The Role of Talent Management in Promoting Proactive Work Behaviour

Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled “the role of talent management in promoting proactive work behaviour :a prospective and analytical study of opinions of a sample of faculty members in a number of private universities and colleges in holy province of Karbala).”

The study, presented by Tabarak Ghaeb Nasser Al-Masoudi, relies on descriptive analytical approach in collecting, presenting and analyzing study information.

The study aims at employing talent management through proactive work behaviour.
The study concludes that there is rapid changes and increasing uncertainty in the environment of Iraqi business sectors in general, and education sector in particular. There is a growing need to adopt the dimensions of talent management, which is a safety valve towards enhancing proactive work behaviours.

The study recommends that if private universities in holy city of Karbala under study want to enhance the proactive work behaviour of their teaching staff, they must adopt the concept of talent management and its dimensions, as it represents many positive improvements that change the work environment for the better.
