University of Kerbala Discussing Employing Psychological Ownership to Reduce Feelings of Loneliness at Workplace

Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kerbala has discussed an M.A. thesis on employing psychological ownership to reduce feelings of loneliness at workplace.
The study, presented by Dhuha Hassan Abboud Al-Hasnawi , is entitled “Employing psychological ownership to reduce feelings of loneliness at workplace – an analytical exploratory study of opinions of a sample of workers at two industrial companies, Nour Al-Kafeel – Coca-Cola” in Karbala Governorate.
The thesis concludes that there are two statistically significant correlations and influences between psychological ownership and feelings of loneliness at workplace.
The study recommends the necessity of investing in positive impact of psychological ownership to reduce feelings of loneliness at workplace through companies surveyed developing proactive plans and deepening job awareness among the sample to benefit from positive effects of psychological ownership of organization on work attitudes.
