University of Kerbala
Faculty of Law / University of Kerbala has held a course for administrative and legal cadres, with participation of a number of specialists.
The course aims at developing capabilities of legal and administrative cadres by stating the rights and duties of public employee and the role of legal representative in criminal case.
The course includes a mechanism for raising level of administrative employee using electronic management techniques, and discussing the most important employee’s rights and duties and the nature of work of legal representative.
The course stresses the need to follow up the performance of employees and improve their productivity through their work in order to provide the best services while performing job duties.
