Faculty of Agriculture /University of Kerbala has organized a training course which is entitled (extracting bee venom and manufacturing cosmetic and therapeutic creams) with participation of a number of researchers and specialists.
The training course aims at identifying methods of extracting natural bee venom from bee hives, making a cream base, adding bee venom to it and some natural medicinal oils in practice, the most important diseases treated by bee venom, and setting up treatment sessions for those present with bee venom for free. This is practically applied to patients. It is delivered by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Najm Abdullah , Dr. Lina Qassem Idan and the researcher Ali Salam Kashkul. The researchers call for establishment of other scientific courses that are interested in this field.
