University of Kerbala
Under the patronage of the President of the University of KErbala, Prof. Dr. Basem Al-Saedi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Riyadh Al-Zubaidi, the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Kerbala, in cooperation with Al- Sadiq Virtual University (SIVU) and the International Medical Imamate (IMI), has held its 5th Virtual International Medical Conference, via the electronic platform ZOOM. It is done with the participation of researchers and specialists from inside Iraq and international countries,
The conference aims, through research presented by specialized academics in various medical fields, at developing the Iraqi health reality through the scientific staff.
Dr. Basem Al-Saedi says that medical education and its developments have made a distinctive mark in the medical and health environment. Such studies which are presented can accelerate the Iraqi medical scientific development.
On the other hand, the Dean of the faculty, Dr. Riyadh Al-Zubaidi, states that the conference deals with the design and development of scientific and medical curricula, evaluation and feedback, continuous professional development in medical education, as well as medical ethics and professionalism, evaluation and examination systems in e-learning
Al-Zubaidi adds that the accepted papers will published in a special issue in a journal (Journal of Pakistan Medical Association), which is classified within the Scopus container.
