College of Islamic Sciences – University of Kerbala holds a training course which is entitled “Developing Administrative and Financial Skills.”
Being presented by Dr. Sadiq al-Hasnawi, the course aims at enhancing employee’s efficiency and developing their knowledge in fields of management and finance. It includes a detailed explanation of concept of general budget, its preparation mechanism, and its types. It also addresses the concept of budget and how to prepare final accounts.
The course also reveals the concept of financial control and auditing, its historical development and skills required.
The course ends up with a test to determine the extent of benefiting from topics presented and evaluating their level of academic and practical achievement.
