Having skill of publishing, College of Computer Science and Information Technology _University of Kerbala holds a workshop which is entitled ” publishing Research in Peer-reviewed Journals” which has been presented by Dr. Ashwan Anwar Abdul-Moneim.

The workshop includes several topics such as steps and standards for publishing in reputable scientific journals, mechanisms for selecting appropriate journal, and how to prepare research according to international academic standards. It also addresses the most common mistakes researchers make during the publishing process and provided a set of guidelines that contribute to raise quality of scientific research and increasing its chances of being accepted into peer-reviewed journals.
