Being presented by Dr. Hassanein Maki and Dr. Atheer Abdul Jawad, College of Law – University of Kerbala holds a traning course on “Legal Treatment of Exaggeration in Influencers’ Social Media Adnvertisments”.
The course aims to clarifying the concept of advertising exaggeration, outlining criteria used to define “Influencers” on social media, classify types of advertising exaggerations, and discuss legal means to address them in accordance with applicable legislation.
The training course discusses the increase in Influencers advertising across digital platforms and accompanying exaggeration in promoting goods and services, which could mislead consumers.
