The seminar aims at spreading awareness about dangers of violent extremism leading to terrorism, highlighting its causes and negative effects on society, and explaining the role of academic institutions in promoting values ​​of tolerance and moderation.
The seminar includes several axes, such as causes of emergence of extremism, its effects on societies, and ways of preventing it.
