University of Kerbala
College of Pharmacy / University of Kerbala has organized a workshop on enhancing culture of participation in decision-making process, as part of a series of activities organized by the College to support consultative culture and enhance interaction and cooperation among members of the University.
The workshop aims at developing participants’ decision-making skills and increasing awareness of the importance of effective participation in decision-making, which contributes to improve individual and collective performance.
The workshop includes several topics, including identifying problems, learning from mistakes, reaching high-quality decisions, enhancing necessary life skills, reducing time and costs.
