Shedding light on the importance of developing student’s talents, English Department, College of Education for Humanities, University of Kerbala, holds Creativity Day events.
President of the University Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, emphasizes that creativity is one of the most important pillars of developing university education, stressing the need to continue supporting young’s talents and providing an environment that helps them transform their ideas into viable projects.
He also calls for supporting students’ initiatives and encourage them to strive for excellence in ways that benefit graduates and educational process as well.

Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali states that English has become a key to success in job market, regionally and internationally, since there is an increasing need for global companies and institutions that rely on international communication, English is no longer just an additional skill, but a fundamental requirement for employment and career advancement.
He explains that the University administration believes that students with a good level of English open up broad horizons for them, including access to modern sources of knowledge, communication with international universities and companies, and participation in international training programs. The events include a theatrical performance that addresses ambition and , internal struggle of man between good and evil, in addition to holding an exhibition that expresses participants’ aesthetic and artistic talents, spreading artistic culture and supporting creative movement.
