As part of Entrepreneurship Week of University of Kerbala, College of Law holds a workshop on ” Entrepreneurs’ Patents and Trademarks “.
The workshop, which has presented by Dr. Ishraq Sabah, deals with topics related to the concept of patents and their importance in protecting innovations. It also addresses trademarks and their role in establishing legal identity of projects, outlining legal procedures necessary for their registration and protection.
The workshop discusses mechanisms of establishing small businesses and highlighting key legal and regulatory requirements that contribute to their success and sustainability, particularly within entrepreneurial environment, thereby fostering a culture of innovation and self-employment among young people.
