Faculty of Veterinary Medicine /University of Kerbala has organized a training course which is entitled entitled: ( PCR device, its types, and how to work on it), with participation of a number of researchers, and it is delivered by Asst. Lect. Hasna’a Saeed Mohsen.
The training course aims at getting acquainted with the technology of PCR device, its types and method of work, in addition to know how to prepare and organize its components, adjust them, and read the results and problems that the researcher faces during his work.
The curriculum of the training course includes getting to know the PCR device, its components, types, how to extract the DNA, knowing work of the device, organizing and controlling components used , explaining how to read the results and the most important problems that the researcher faces during his work, along with learning how to carry out the migration process in PCR device.
