Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Kerbala has organized an in-person training course on (using ELIZA device in hormonal, enzymatic, protein and immunoassays), in presence of a number of researchers and a group of those whom interested in this subject.
The course aims at trainning academic staff to use ELIZA technique in laboratory tests.
The course shows that this technique is of high quality to measure concentrations up to nanograms per ml, and it is used to measure hormones, proteins, and immunological parameters, quantitatively and qualitatively.
The course includes a theoretical lecture on technology and its types, preparation and preparation of materials for measuring the desired parameters to estimate their concentration, as well as the use of a scrubber and a reader.
