The course, which is entitled (Food Safety for Tourist Restaurants), aims at introducing the concept of food poisons and damages resulting from the emergence of bacteria that cause food poisons, and educating workers in the tourism sector of the danger of these toxins and their direct impact on safety of food and the need to adhere to health safety rules.
