ABSTRACT

This Study intends to specify how technological change can effect the Production of the Organization in the company of Vegetable Chee ( vegetable chee co.) and Al monsur Factory in Bejy is selected to be a sample for the study. By this way we can focus on one problem which can be in the following question (does a technological change affect on Organization production) to be more specific it tries to answer the Questions that create a problem to be studied for its group.
1. Is there any relationship between Technological Change and Organization Production ?
2. what is the Effect of Technological Change in Organization production?
3. what kind of Technology is used in the Production ?
And in order to a chieve the main aims of this study, A model, A supposed pattern has been used to decide the relationship between Independent (Technological Change) and reliable Change (Organization Production). There are three main hypotheses which have been proceeded from that pattern which lead to series of hypotheses that show the connection between these Changes of study sample their effects. In order to test the authenticity of these hypotheses statements related to the pattern Change of study have been Al ready collected from 1997 Up to 2002. these statements have been analyzed by using different statistical ways and they come to the results by using computer programme Minitab- Windows according to the description of the study Changes and Its designation and the test of their relationships and the connection their effection What the study pattern led to where a group conclusion had been drawn. The most important one is that the important role of the technological change in creasing the production and it’s a ability to face All the obstacles within a competitive environment and the factory’s depending on the technology of a heavy capital more than that the existence of relationships and their effect in the technology change and their changes. Finally this study contains group of recommend and the most important one is that asking companies to know the modern technological ways of production and increasing the highest managements skin and improving the skin of its workers. Also to provide modern training programmers for then besides to study the environment in which an organization work in before using any technological change.
