The Grammatical Direction to Meanings of Devices in "Jewahir ul Adab fe Me'rifat Kelam ul Arab" Book by Al Irbeli ( Died 741 H.)

Abstract
The book” Jewahir ul Adab fe Me’rifat Kelam ul Arab” book by Alaa Al Din Bin Ali Bin Bedr ul Din Bin Mohammed Al Irbeli ( died 741 H.) is considered as one of the most important grammar book that tackle the Arabic meaning letters from all aspects. it is characterized by his unique approach, style, investigation, and the large number of the grammatical issues it displays.
The book contained the third branch of the word’s three branches, that is the meaning letters branch. Directing the grammatical meanings in general, and in respect to the grammatical devices in particular has great significance in the grammatical studies due to the meaning accuracy and usage richness in the Arabic speech.
Al Irbeli is a fameless character author, with an unidentified identity, his news had cut, his reputation decreased. What all was known about him in his book does not tell about its content.
No one wrote for Al Irbeli and his famous book like his companions who wrote in the meanings of meaning letters as Al Zejaji in ‘ letters of meanings’, Al Remani in ‘ meanings of letters’, Al Herewi in ‘ Al Uzheya’, Al Maliki in ‘ Al Resef’, and Al Muradi in ‘ Al Jena’ Al Irbeli did not affiliate to any grammatical school, rather he was displaying his opinions and sometimes he insisted on his attitude. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach in dealing with the observed scientific material
