Small enterprises and business incubators and their role in economic development in selected countries with signal to Iraq

                                                                                        Abstract

The target of our research is identify the nature of small enterprises and the important role they play in the economic development process , through the study of some of the experiences of developed and developing countries which able small enterprises to exercise the role of leading economic and social life , as a hotbed for professional and skills development , as well as being a means of livelihood the incursion in the business world and embark on the implications of sustainable economic development.                                                                       Within this context, the discussion dealt with the study of business incubators and the role which played by small enterprises in the context of some of the successful international experiences in this field . also the possibility of benefiting from these experiences in Iraq , particularly in the area of ​​addressing the problems of unemployment and correct the course of a market economy and the role that could be played by the private sector in the process of economic development. In addition increase the contribution of small businesses in the composition of GDP and diversify sources of income and wealth in the national economy , and reduce the current account imbalance by satisfying the needs   of the market of goods and services , and reduce the dependence on Imports.

So that this research has included the study of the reality of small projects in Iraq and try to identify the main problems and obstacles facing these projects and the ways to address them , as part of a strategic vision for reform and the reality of the market economy and the role of the private sector in the Iraqi economy.
