Stylistics is considered as the science that studies the creative text in a critical analytical study. It also reveals the writer’s style and the sources that he took his culture from, as well the way in which he employs the linguistic aspects to serve his ideological orientations. The research tackled the most prominent linguistic and stylistic aspects in Invocation ( prayer) of Abi Hamza Al Thimali. It started with an introduction then a preface about style and stylistics.
Concerning the research topic, it was divided into three chapters. The first chapter was entitled ” the phonological structure, it has three sections. The first section was about ‘repetition’. The second section tackled the ‘parallelism’. The third section dealt with rhyme and ‘alliteration’.
The second chapter which is entitled ” the constructional structure”, has a preface about the structure and three sections. The first section was about styles of the structural displacement. The second section tackled styles of order. The third section dealt with styles of conditions.
The third chapter also has three sections. The first section was about the semantic displacement. The second section tackled the quotation and implication. The third section dealt with extensiveness structure. Then, the conclusion came to include the most important results followed by a list of the most important references and bibliographies.
