College of Applied Medical Sciences / University of Kerbala organizes a training course on how to choose the appropriate scientific journal to submit an article.
The course demonstrates the importance of topic of choosing the appropriate scientific journal before publishing research , stressing that the correct selection of scientific journal to be published in is an important and decisive factor to ensure that the study reaches the target audience, and thus obtain a good and appropriate evaluation of this study.
The course explains that choosing the journal depends on a number of factors, including scientific specialization, reputation of the journal, and its editorial policies, in addition to its rank such as (Impact Factor) and (Clarivate), as well as the importance of carefully reviewing publication guidelines, method of financial payment, and (Open Access).
