Ministry of Higher Education has selected University of Kerbala among a number of universities that has a prestigious status in implementing this program
Dr. Hawraa Jabbar Rahi, Director of Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, University of Kerbala, explains that this selection is based on several criteria, including speed of completing procedures for enrolling non-international students, continuous monitoring of program details and requirements, adherence to ministerial instructions and timelines, and close follow-up with the ministry.
Within the same token, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, reveals a promising plan to provide more than 16,000 scholarships for international students covering various disciplines and providing broader opportunities for scientific and cultural exchange.
