Asst. Prof. Dr. Baqir Abdul-Zahra Al-Ardhi, who is one of the teaching staff members at Faculty of Science – University of Kerbala has delivered a scientific lecture on the most important principles used to maintain security and personal safety from chemicals at the seventh scientific conference held by Georgetown University on the International Health Regulations, in Jordanian capital, Amman.
Al-Ardhi says that his participation based on his selection as a representative of the SMC Supreme Ministerial Committee as one of the members of the management indicating that the aim of the participation is to familiarize university staff with the most important international regulations to preserve their health from the effects of chemicals and diseases they produce.
Al-Ardhi points out that his lecture focuses on the level of safety and security in academic institutions at Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, including clarification of the most important principles used to keep safe.
