The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kerbala discusses an M.A. thesis entitled (Hiit exercises on cardiorespiratory fitness and some physical abilities and endurance of the offensive performance of soccer players).
The M.A. thesis submitted by the student Muhannad Habib Matar, aims at preparing halt exercises to develop the psychological cardiac fitness and some physical abilities and withstand the offensive performance of young soccer players, and to identify the effect of halt exercises on psychological cardiac fitness and some physical abilities and withstand the offensive performance of football players.
The thesis deals with the differences between the control and experimental groups in terms of cardiopulmonary fitness, some physical abilities, and tolerance of the offensive performance of young football players.
The study recommends the need to pay attention to the use of halt exercises according to scientific training foundations to raise the efficiency of the maximum aerobic soccer players and to the aerobic, and to adopt the exercises prepared by the researcher as basic data for coaches and give them when training soccer players with the need to use periodic tests to know the amount of development in the physiological variables and the physical capabilities of the players. There will be a periodic evaluation of the training results as important variables for the training status of the players, as well as the necessity to conduct similar studies on different samples and other sports.
