Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – University of Kerbala has the PhD. dissertation discussed “The effect of rehabilitation exercises and Ozone Innovative Device on strength, range of motion, and some biochemical variables for partial rupture of the thigh and back muscle for runners in athletics.”
The dissertation presented by Safaa Kadhim Ali, includes identifying the close relationship of physical education and sports with physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, psychology and sports medicine and their close relationship in training process and how injuries occur.
The study aims at preparing rehabilitation exercises for athletes with partial rupture of the hamstring muscle.
The dissertation recommends the necessity of emphasizing the use of rehabilitation exercises (the ozone device) side by side in all hospitals and physiotherapy centers, spreading awareness and educating the injured about their injuries.
