Faculty of Medicine / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “Evaluating the role of serum level of Carbamylated protein antibody the 14-3- 3η protein antibody and Dual Specialty Phosphates II Antibody in Diagnosis and Severity of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients”.
The study, presented by Zahraa Qasim Ali, aims at evaluating serum levels of antibodies to carboxylated protein 14-3-3 ETA and the eleventh bispecific phosphate in rheumatoid arthritis patients, whether seropositive or seronegative, to determine severity of the disease and regularity of treatment.
The thesis concludes that there is a statistical significance of antibodies to carbonyl protein 14-3-3eta and the eleventh bispecific phosphate in seronegative group than in seropositive group at a probability value of less than (0.05).
