University of Kerbala
Vice President of University of Kerbala for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Najm Abdul Hussein, receives a delegation from Lorestan University / Iran to discuss ways of cooperation between the two universities in a number of fields.
The visit aims at discussing ways of cooperation between Universities of Kerbala and Lorestan. It is the first visit after University of Karbala has signed a cooperation agreement with Lorestan University and eight other Iranian universities within activities of “Iraqi-Iranian Science Week.”
Vice Assistant President of University of Kerbala for Scientific Affairs presents an overview of all colleges and specializations included in the university, study centers, and number of professors, while the visiting delegation has reviewed colleges and specializations included of University of Lorestan.
Prof. Dr. Najm Abdul Hussein accompanies the visiting delegation on a tour of some of places of the university , and met with Dean of College of Education for Pure Sciences, Dr. Hamida Al-Fatlawi, and some students and professors.
The two parties agree to start holding scientific seminars and activate joint research, supervision and scientific publishing projects, in addition to activating the visiting professor programme and training undergraduate students, within framework of cooperation agreement between the two universities.
