University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis entitled ” Studying the Effect of Superoxidized Water on Serum Levels of IL_17, TGF_B and IL_1B in Diabetic Food Ulcer Patient’s “

Faculty of Medicine/ University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled (Studying the Effect of Superoxidized Water on Serum Levels of IL_17, TGF_B and IL_1B in Diabetic Food Ulcer Patient’s), which includes (58) patients suffering from type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot ulcers, including (43) males and (15) females.
The thesis has been presented by (Fatima Fadhil Saeed Al-Mousawi), aims at characterizing diabetic foot ulcer patients by focusing on hematological and immunological indicators, in addition to studying the effect of superoxide water on these indicators.
The study concluded that most of the patients are elderly people over the age of fifty, and most of them are males and suffer from irregular diabetes.
It was concluded that diabetic foot ulcers mostly affect older male patients.
