University of Kerbala
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Basem Nilel Al-Saedi, and the supervision of the Dean of the faculty of Education for Pure Sciences, Dr. Hamida Idan Salman, the faculty of Education for Pure Sciences has held its second national scientific conference for postgraduate studies electronically, using the FCC platform.
The conference includes four axes, which are biology, mathematics, chemistry and physics, and among the other axes is the possibility of developing appropriate solutions to the problems that the Iraqi society and Karbala governorate suffer from through the conference axes in various scientific aspects.
The conference implies the participation of 43 research papers published in well-established international journals within Scopus containers and in many specializations, including 27 research papers in the biology department, 14 research papers in the chemistry department, and 3 research papers in the mathematics and physics departments. It aims at investigating recent research related to the development of the agricultural and environmental sector. It also attempts to create scientific developments and future prospects in the branches of chemistry, including nanotechnology, applied chemistry and materials science, so as to be elevated to advance scientific research using the latest technologies in the field of physics.
