University of Kerbala Organizing a Training Course on Role of Chemistry in Food Industry

Faculty of Science / University of Kerbala has organized a training course on role of chemistry in making food for undergraduate students.

The course aims atintroduceing the importance of food in daily life and the role of chemistry in formation of life molecules that contribute to make food.

The course deals with the most important stages of making food inside human body, as well as the role of chemistry in manufacturing biomolecules in plants, animals and humans.
