The Distributed Administration and its Relation with the Original Personality of Headmasters from Teachers' Perspectives

Abstract:
The current research aims at knowing:
1. The distributed administration of school headmasters from the teachers’ perspective.
2. The original personality of school headmasters from the teachers’ perspective.
3. The connected relation between the distributed administration and the original personality of school headmasters from the teachers’ perspective.
4. The differences reference of between the connected relation between In order to achieve the study aims, the researcher and the original personality of school headmasters from the teachers’ perspective according to the gender ( males and females) and the specialization (scientific, human).
The current research is limited to the male and female teachers of preparatory schools in holy Kerbala province according to the academic year 2021- 2022.
The final application sample consisted of ( 400) male and female teachers who were randomly chosen with suitable distribution. In order to achieve the study aims, the researcher adopted ( Christy, 2008) model of In order to achieve the study aims, the researcher adopted the distributed administration which was displayed on a group of specialized jury to test the reliability of its items. Then, its psychological characteristics were taken out through the application on the research samples which was( 400) male and female teachers. The value of the stability factor by Alf Kronbach reached ( 0.83) and by retest way reached ( 0.80). When the standard reached its final form, the researcher applied it on the research sample, that is ( 400) male and female teachers of the research community. The researcher also designed the original personality standard relying on ( Wood and et. al. 2008) and was displayed on a group of specialized jury to test its psychological characteristics. The stability factor by Alf Kronbach model reached (0.85), and retest way reached ( 0.82). After ensuring the standard reliability in its final form, the researcher applied it on the research sample.
When the application ended, the researcher used the suitable statistical means to analyze the data relying on statistical package for the social sciences (spss). So, the results were the following:
1. School headmasters apply the distributed administration from the teachers’ perspective.
2. School headmasters have the original personality from the teachers’ perspective
3. Presence of the connected relation between the distributed administration and the original personality
4. There are no differences of statistical reference of for the connected relation between the distributed administration and the original personality according to the gender ( males and females) and the specialization ( scientific, human).
In the light of these results, the researcher introduced some recommendations and suggestions that were clarified in chapter four.
