Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the role of political skills in achieving a proactive sustainability strategy by building the organizational renewal capabilities of (Zain Iraq and Asia cell) companies for mobile communications.
In fact, the pursuit of firms (Zain Iraq and Asia cell) mobile communications to own political skills and organizational innovation and deal with it wealth and balance found within more than organizational level and one is no longer a choice in front of two companies, but has become a necessity imposed by the market conditions, very complicated and turnover, and result in challenge can to topple the telecommunications companies it in the near future them ,that did not work the telecommunications companies envisioned that future and draw the image totalitarian him, and to predict what will happen by accidents what is its impact on the two communications companies, both positive by competitors , or at least taking advantage of these opportunities before them and achieving a proactive sustainability strategy.
The dimensions of political skills where expressed by the (social astuteness, interpersonal influence, network ability, apparent sincerity) has been expressed basis on (Ferris, et al., 2005: 5), while the building organizational renewal capabilities were represented by its dimensions (strategic competence , connectivity , time investment, learning leadership practices, knowledge managing) based on (Poyhonen, 2005) , Finally, the expression by its dimensions of proactive of sustainability strategy (proactive, environmental sustainability, proactive economic sustainability, proactive social sustainability) based on( Wijethilake, 2017).

So it began the study of the problem has been expressed in a number of intellectual and practical questions designed to answer exploring a theoretical philosophy and connotations of intellectual three variables covered by the study, namely, (political skills, the capabilities of organizational renewal, sustainability proactive strategy), being one of the modern Iraqi environment topics, and then diagnose the level of importance and its impact and the possibility of their application in the two mobile communications (Zain Iraq, Asiacell).
The study has been applied to these (Zain Iraq and Asia cell)
Telecom in Iraq has been using a method by targeting analytical sample survey of managers amounted to respondent (130), The study used the range of statistical analyzes and tests using statistical programs (SPSSV.21, EXCEL V.10, Amos V.18) , This study depends on a set of descriptive statistical methods (frequencies, percentages, weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance) and the explanatory statistic (Pearson correlation coefficient, interpretation coefficient). A series of tests (T, F, exploratory analysis) were used by using SPSS to extract financial indicators. was the questionnaire form design (scale) to collect the necessary data, The importance of this study has emerged from the recent changes that have been addressed, which have not received sufficient attention from the writers and researchers at the Arab and local level…
The study concluded with a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a significant correlation between the three study variables with a significant correlation between the dimensions of the study variables (dimensions of political skills, dimensions of organizational renewal capabilities, dimensions of proactive sustainability strategy), The study also found a significant impact of political skills dimensions on the strategy of proactive sustainability directly and indirectly through organizational renewal capabilities .
The study concluded, and a set of recommendations, the most important need for attention to the political skills by telecommunications companies and developing them continuously at all organizational levels, without exception, to achieve the of proactive strategy sustainability through the renewal and modernization and development of their organizational capabilities to keep abreast of scientific and technological progress and adoption of the best global technologies to upgrade the organizational renewal in All fields..
