Evaluation the Efficiency of the economics performance of AL-Hussein Mill government in Karbala(2019- 2020)

Project evaluation occupies great importance through its role in identifying the extent to which the project has achieved its aims set for it, whether economic or social. This means the implementation of the industrial goals of the production unit in the form of quantity and quality and within the plan drawn for it. As well as making sure that the resources available for the project have been exploited with high efficiency and care industrial and developing countries of the world.
This study achieves the aims of the economic development process at the level of all economic, industrial, agricultural and social sectors. It is possible to achieve the best use of economic resources at the lowest costs as well as its contribution to improving the national and local product.
The research is based on the hypothesis that Al-Hussein Mill (peace be upon him) will achieves high production rates if it plans production capacity is used in case of increasing its share of grains designated for flour with high performance level.
In order to achieve the hypothesis of the research. The research was divided into three sections; the first section includes theoretical concepts of the process of evaluating the efficiency of economic performance. 2019-2020.
The researcher concludes to some recommendations, and the most important one was reached from conducting the process of evaluating the economic performance of the mill by applying the standards to the period 2019-2020. The value of flour production for the year 2019 achieved (271908500) dinars, and in 2020 it achieved a production value of (278614300) dinars from selling flour for the specified monthly quota. The research study concluded that the mill has the ability to increase the production of flour according to its plan capacity and its ability to grind (140) tons per day of wheat grains in the event of increasing its share of flour determined by the Ministry of Trade
