: تهدف الدراسـة الحالية الى بيان دور التصنيع الاخضر في تعزيز اداء العمليات على مستوى الشركة المبحوثة، ‏ ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم قياس التصنيع الاخضر بأربعة أبعاد فرعية تمثلت بـ (الادوات والتقنيات الخضراء ، التقنيات الموفرة للطاقة، أنظمة التصنيع القابلة لإعادة التشكيل، وإدارة دورة الحياة ) وتم قياس أداء العمليات بخمسة أبعاد فرعية هي( كلفة العملية، جودة العملية، مرونة العملية، التسليم ، ابداع العملية) ، ‌‏وقد انطلقت الدراسة ‏بمشكلة رئيسية ضمت تساؤلات عدة تدور حول طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيراتها ميدانياً وكان أهمها ما مستوى التصنيع الاخضر في الشركة المبحوثة وما مستوى أداء العمليات في الشركة عينة الدراسة ؟. وكان ‏مجتمع الدراسة العاملين في قسم الانتاج في الشركة العامة للصناعات المطاطية في محافظة النجف الاشرف، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 198 عامل في الشركة المبحوثة ، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة للدراسة، وقد أُعتمد في تحليل البيانات على مجموعة من البرامج الجاهزة للتحليل الاحصائي منها برنامج (SPSS V. 23), و برنامج (Amos V. 23). وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموع من النتائج اهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية إيجابية بين التصنيع الاخضر وأداء العمليات، وفي ضوء ذلك قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات كان ابرزها ينبغي على ادارة الشركة تبني اسلوب التصنيع الاخضر بكل ابعاده وتطبيقه بشكل واضح ودعم تنفيذه من قبل الإدارة العليا للشركة عينة الدراسة من اجل الحصول على افضل النتائج.

This study aims to demonstrate the role of green manufacturing in enhancing the performance of operations at the level of the study sample company, nd in order to achieve this, green manufacturing was measured in four sub-dimensions represented by (green tools and technologies, energy-saving technologies, reconfigurable manufacturing systems, and life cycle management). The performance of operations was measured in five sub-dimensions (process cost, process quality, process flexibility, delivery, and process innovation). What is the level of operations performance in the study sample company? The study population was workers in the production department of the General Company for Rubber Industries in the province of Najaf, and the study sample amounted to 198 workers in the researched company, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data and information necessary for the study. It was relied on a set of ready-made programs for statistical analysis, including (SPSS V. 23) and (Amos V. 23). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and impact of positive statistical significance between green manufacturing and the performance of operations. The company’s senior study sample in order to obtain the best results.
