لذا استهدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن:
1- عقلية الوفرة-الندرة لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا.
2- الشخصية المناعية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا.
3- العلاقة الارتباطية بين عقلية الوفرة-الندرة والشخصية المناعية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا.
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث فقد اعتمدت الباحثة مقياس عباس (2019) لقياس عقلية الوفرة- الندرة المكون من (32) فقرةً ببديلين يمثل البديل الأول عقلية الوفرة ويمثل البديل الثاني عقلية الندرة بصورته الأولية وبعد عرضه على المحكمين اعلاه استبقيت الفقرات كلها.
أما الشخصية المناعية فقد قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس مكون بصورته الأولية من (42) فقرة بخمسة بدائل. وبعد اجراء التحقق من الصدق الظاهري وصلاحية الفقرات بعرضها على (16) محكماً من ذوي التخصص في مجال العلوم التربوية والنفسية، استبعدت (7) فقرات ليتكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من (35) فقرة. ولغرض استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياسين طبقتهما الباحثة على عينة بلغت (400) طالباً وطالبة، وبعد الانتهاء من التطبيق قامت الباحثة باستخراج مؤشرات الصدق:

Abundance Mentality -Scarcity and its Relationship to Immune personality Among Post graduate Students in Kerbala University

Ways of relations management and dealing with resources as well as the individuals’ social abilities can participate in making them enjoy with a healthy life. Hence, significance of the immune personality comes as a concept that describes the psychological properties that reinforce the immune system power. Importance of higher study students is due to their representation of influential category in society and represents individuals who have opportunities in heading decision making positions and institutions management. However, mentality of abundance springs from the deep sensation with personal value and security as the belief that there is enough for all.
Therefore, this mentality shows combination of superiority, respect, and benefits and it participates in taking decisions in a better way due to mentality of abundance. The chance is granted for likelihoods, options, and creativity. Personal happiness and consent are derived from the positive habits. Mentality of abundance recognizes the possibility of the positive interaction and its growth which helps in discovering new creative substitutes.
The current study aims at the following:
1. Mentality of abundance -rareness to higher study students.
2. The immune personality to higher study students.
3. The coefficient relation between mentality of abundance -rareness and the immune personality to higher study students.
4. The coefficient relation between mentality of abundance -rareness and the immune personality to higher study students due to gender variable (male – female).
5. The coefficient relation between mentality of abundance -rareness and the immune personality to higher study students due to specialization variable ( human – scientific).
6. The coefficient relation between mentality of abundance -rareness and the immune personality to higher study students due to stage variable (High diploma, Master, Doctorate).
To carry out the research aims, the researcher adopted Abbas measurement (2019) to measure mentality of abundance -rareness which initially consisted of 32 items of two substitutes. The first substitute represents mentality of abundance and the second substitute represents mentality of rareness in its initial form after consulting jury members mentioned above, the researcher kept all items.
Concerning the immune personality, the researcher designed a measurement of 42 items in its initial form with five substitutes. After making a check for the external truth and items validity by consulting the jury of 16 members specialized in the educational psychological sciences and health psychology fields, seven items were excluded. Therefore, the final measurement will be 35 items. In order to extract the psychometric properties of the two measurements, the researcher applied them on sample of 400 male and female students. After finishing the application, the researcher extracted the truth indicators by three ways as the following:
1.The internal harmony.
2.The recognizable power ( the two sides group).
3. The discovery factor analysis.
No item of the two current research measurement items was deleted. Regarding stability, the researcher checked them by the following two ways:
1. Re-testing: to know the stability in this way, the researcher used Pearson’s Correlation coefficient. Stability coefficient value of mentality of abundance -rareness (0,91) whereas the value of the immune personality reached ( 0,94). They are both high stability and can be reliable in accord to previous studies.
2. Cronbach’ Alpha: by the use of this way, it was clear that the stability coefficient value of mentality of abundance -rareness measurement was (0,88), and the stability coefficient value of the immune personality value was ( 0.884). They are both very good stability coefficient due to the criteria that were designed by measurement and assessment experts. After checking validity and stability of the two measurements, the researcher applied them on her research sample and resorted to statistically analyzed by the use of statistical package for the social sciences ( spss ver.26). The following results were drawn:
1. 66, 25% of Higher study students enjoy with mentality of abundance whereas 33,75% have mentality of rareness.
2. Higher study students enjoy with high level of the immune personality.
3. There is forward coefficient function relation between mentality of abundance and the immune personality.
4. There are differences of statistical function in the coefficient relation between mentality of abundance and the immune personality to higher study students due to gender variable (male – female) and for the male benefit.
5. There are no differences of statistical function in the coefficient relation between mentality of abundance and the immune personality to higher study students due to specialization variable (human – scientific).
6. There are no differences of statistical function in the coefficient relation between mentality of abundance and the immune personality to higher study students due to stage variable (High diploma, Master, Doctorate).
In the light of the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
