University of Kerbala Discussing a M.A Thesis entitled ” The Impact of Electronic Human Resources Management on Achieving Entrepreneurship in Educational Institutions

Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kebala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “the impact of electronic human resources management on achieving entrepreneurship in educational institutions: An Analytical Study in Some Private Universities and Colleges in Holy Karbala Governorate. It is presented by Uday Hatem Alwan. It includes five sub-dimensions which are (electronic planning for human resources, electronic selection and recruitment, electronic compensation e-learning and development, e-performance evaluation).

The study concludes that there is a significant effect of electronic human resources management in entrepreneurship of educational institutions.
