Faculty of Tourist Sciences – University of Kerbala has organized a virtual training course on electronic programmes of examining committees, with participation of professors. The course, which is entitled (electronic programmes of the examining committees and their activities), aims at informing professors, in particular the examining committees, the nature of electronic programmes that deal with in conducting exams, , downloading grades and other procedures related to the work of examining committees.
It also discusses programmes of examination committee, mechanism of downloading students’ names and data according to the stages and departments and explaining how to send names files to professors in order to download the grades electronically and return them to the examination committee and download them in the program and issuing of results.
The course includes an explanation of mechanics of conducting electronic tests within Google Drive model, how they are shared by professors with examining committees, how to conduct correction electronically, and downloading grades and share them with examining committee programme.
