University of Kerbala
Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Kerbala has held a scientific symposium entitled (Public Health as a Concept). It has been delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr.. Esraa Nasser Gholam.
The symposium aims at introducing the World Health Organization to health that public health is a state of complete physical, psychological and social fitness or competence, and not merely the absence of disability or disease.
It also deals with on introducing the importance of correct public health, knowing levels and elements of public health, and clarifying the factors that affect public health.
The lecture recommends intensifying holding seminars and lectures to clarify the importance of public health, and making special brochures and posters so as to show the concept of public health as student activities.
